24 Hour Telephone Access

Allows you to access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To access or activate your Teller 24 account follow these simple instructions. You must call from a touch tone phone to access Teller 24.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Call (517) 784-5669 or (800) 252-4831

2. When you enter Teller 24, you must enter your member number (no suffix numbers) followed by the # sign along with your personal access code followed by the # sign.

PLEASE NOTE: The first time you use the Teller 24 system, you will enter your full social security number instead of a personal access code. You will then be instructed to select a new personal access code.

You are instructed to enter account types when making transactions. The listing below can be accessed by your telephone by pressing the 0# keys.

Once you enter the Teller 24 system you will be able to access your different accounts. You must choose which account you would like to access by entering its code. The menu below will help you gain access to your different accounts.

Option1= Inquiries

  • Press 1: Specific Account Information
  • Press 2: Account Balances
  • Press 3: Cleared Checks, Deposits & Withdrawals
  • Press 4: Interest or Dividend Information
  • Press 5: Loan Information
  • Press 6: Payroll Information
  • Press 7: Loan Application Status
  • Press 8: Tax Information 

Option 2 = Transfer Funds   

  • Press 1: Transfer to Another Account
  • Press 2: Transfer to Another Member's Account
  • Press 3: Transfer From Joint Member's Account
  • Press 4: Transfer From A Joint Member To Another Joint Member's Account

Option 3 = Withdraw Funds

  • Press 1: Request a Check for Yourself
  • Press 2: Request or Alter a Payment
  • Press 4: Inquire on Scheduled Payments
  • Press 5: Request an electronic ACH withdrawal  

Option 5 = Other Services

  • Press 1: Change Your Password 
  • Press 2: Estimate a Loan
  • Press 3: Stop Payment on One or More Checks
  • Press 4: Order New Checks
  • Press 5: Request Copies
  • Press 6: Report a Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Card
  • Press 7: Report a Lost or Stolen Credit Card
  • Press 8: Enter or Update Your Fax Number

Option 6 = Re-Enter Member Number     

Option 7 = Joint Member Inquiry  

  • Press 1: Specific Account Information
  • Press 2: Cleared Check Information
  • Press 3: Deposit Information
  • Press 4: Withdrawal Information
  • Press 5: Specific Check Information

Option 8 = Loan Services

  • Press 2: Estimate a Loan
