Scammers claiming to be representing CP Federal Credit Union are making calls to area residents. The scammers provide the member with an 800 number that is an automated message directing them to call an international number. If you receive similar calls PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER; please contact the Risk Management Department by email at rm@cpfederal.com or by phoning 517-784-7101.
Members may receive a call from CP Federal Credit Union with specific information related to a purchase the members has made with a debit or credit card in order to verify the validity of the purchase. Remember: this caller will have specific information about a recent purchase. This is a legitimate call.
