BEFORE LOGGING IN TO HOME BRANCHING
READ IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS BELOW!
To insure your account confidentiality you will have to supply a password to access your account, keep your password confidential and do not give it to anyone. This is YOUR key to your account, CP Federal Credit Union employees will not ask you for your password at any time.
Members Must Enroll In MFA Before Accessing Home Branching
When logging into your Home Branching account you will be required to set up an added security measure called Multi-Factor Authentication. This requirement is mandated by the NCUA for all financial institutions in order to secure member information in online environments. This new authentication method allows the security system to authenticate your computer in order to ensure that the sign-in is not a fraudulent attempt to access your account information. Multiple unsuccessful registration attempts will lock out your account. If this happens, please call 517.784.7101 and press 6 for assistance. As we go through this process your patience is deeply appreciated.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOME BRANCHING ACCESS ONCE ENROLLED:
To access Home Branching you will need to:
1. Enter your account number in the "Member Number" field.
2. Enter the "Security Code" that is displayed in the box using your keyboard.
3. One of the five security questions will randomly be presented at each new login. Enter the correct answer and click "SUBMIT."
4. Enter your "Password" using your mouse and note the "Security Image" is what you entered during setup.
5. You are now logged into your Home Branching account.
Note: you must use your mouse to click on all of the buttons, hitting enter can cause you problems when trying to perform transactions.
