First Time Logging In
In order to verify your identity, the first time you call in you will need to enter your account number and the last 4-digits of the primary member's social security number. You will then be prompted to set your access code. When using Teller 24, you will need to call from a phone number on your account.
Login Attempts
Teller 24 allows 3 failed attempts prior to being locked out. If you’re locked out of Teller 24 you will also be locked out of Digital Banking. To be unlocked, please contact us via our chat service online or by phone at 517.784.7101.
