We're updating our phone system!

Starting at 7pm tonight, Friday, June 26 we will begin the process of updating our phone system. While this is great news for our members because it will make your calling experience better, it will cause a slight interruption with Teller24. This should not last any longer than a couple of hours, but please bear with us as we work through this process.

Other than the slight interruption in service, you will not experience any difference with the Teller24 system itself!

What else is changing with the new phone system? 

Members shouldn't notice too much of a change with our phone system at all! You will still call the same number (517.784.7101 or 800.554.7101), you will just hear a couple of new things:

  • There will be a new, shorter phone tree, so be sure to listen as some options will change.
  • There will be a new call back option allowing you to schedule when you would like to be called back.
  • There will be an optional prompt allowing you to enter your account number ahead of time to help serve you more efficiently.

These changes will be effective for everyone calling the Credit Union starting Saturday, June 27. We hope our new phone system makes your calling experience joyful!
